I got this 3 lipsticks as a sort of samples to try out, didn't buy them myself. The colours I got are: 312 incessant rousset, 506 red infallible and 700 boundless burgundy.
They go on like a coloured gloss and dry to a very sticky formula. Then you have to put the white topcoat on top, that is included at the other end of the lipstick...so you make the 2-step process.
My opinion:
These lipsticks have a very strong staying power, even by drinking hot drinks. My disappoint goes to the colour show off. The colours are looking so much less pigmented than in the jars. I expected more a sort of a liplaquer finish with intense colours (stronger, darker, intense), but they came out like a softly pigmented colour lipgloss. So I wouldn't buy them, because there are several other prettier coloured lipglosses out there!
